12core Tight Buffer 0.9mm Fiber Breakout Kit Ribbon Hytrel Cable Fanout Kit
The Fiber Optic Breakout Kit is used for the direct termination of fiber cable. The design is such that it houses and protects the bare fibers after they are exposed from the main fiber optic cables. The 2mm tubing can hold fiber up to 900um diameter and it also provides the support when the fiber is terminated to the connector giving a stronger grip between the fiber and connector preventing any easy fiber breakage.
The kit is available in 2, 4, 6, 8 12 and 24 cores type. Fiber Tek is also able to offer customized breakout kit which is not mentioned in this datasheet.
